These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.zoformix.com and the services provided by Zoformix Technologies ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Zoformix Technologies provides Zoho implementation, consulting, customization, and support services, including but not limited to Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Creator, and website development. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in individual service agreements or proposals for each engagement.
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary systems, information, and personnel required for us to deliver services effectively. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input may affect project timelines.
Payment terms, including fees, milestones, and schedules, are specified in individual project agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom deliverables created specifically for their project (e.g., custom Zoho Creator applications, website code). Zoformix Technologies retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services. Zoho products and platforms remain the property of Zoho Corporation.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of an engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.
Zoformix Technologies provides services on a professional best-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement per the terms specified in the individual service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
